What is Visualization? Visualization is to clearly visualize in the mind what we want. You should not be confused and hesitant with the words "think and you will become". This is not a ruse, nor does it involve dreams or empty hopes for a better future. Instead, visualization is a well-developed performance improvement method supported by substantial scientific evidence and used by successful people in various fields.
Many world-class athletes visualize before a match. they really imagine in every detail on the field and imagine entering GOAL into the opponent's goal, even imagine down to the cool details of the trophy metal he received as a gift, then they are grateful and 100% sure, and get exactly 100% real results.
Visualization works because the neurons in our brain, the electrical cells that can transmit information, interpret the image on a par with real action. When we visualize an action, the brain generates an impulse that tells our neurons to "do" the movement. It creates new neural pathways - a collection of cells in our brain that work together to create memories or learning behaviors - that reinforce our bodies to act in ways that are consistent with what we imagine.All this happens without actually doing physical activity, but will achieve results similar to your shadow.
From the Prophet's Hadith in the events leading up to the war khandaq he and his 1000 inhabitants of madinah dug a trench defense:
The Prophet took a Salman al-Farisi sledgehammer. He smashed into the rock by saying, "Bismillah". A third of the stone was destroyed. He said, "Allahu Akbar! I am given the key of Damascus, I swear to God that I see the red palace of Damascus now!" Then, he said, "Bismillah!" Again and hit the rock with a sledgehammer again. A third of the stone was destroyed. The Prophet said, "Allahu Akbar! I am given a Persian key, I swear to God that I see the city of Madayin from Kisra and his white palace!" Then, he said "Bismillah!" Again and hit the rock with a sledgehammer; The remaining part of the stone is split into pieces. The Prophet said, "Allahu Akbar! I am given the keys of Yemen, I swear by Allah that I see the gates of Sana now!"
